About this cottage rental
The house has a very well equipped kitchen, it has a fridge, microwave, sandwich maker, toaster, coffee maker of two different classes (with filter or espresso machine), oven with hob, washing machine, orange juicer, the washing machine is integrated in the own kitchen. It also has a table and four chairs.
The master bedroom is very spacious, it can include up to 1 single bed and a cot at the same time, apart from the double bed. 32 "television and wooden floor, also has a three-door closet with full-length mirror included.
The second room has a 1.35 cm bed, with mud floor and two-door wardrobe.
Bathroom with a large shower tray with steam extractor and hair dryer, on arrival towels of different sizes are in the same bathroom.
The living / dining room has a dining table for four people, and the living room with 2 sofas (one of them sofa-bed) and 40 "television with local and international channels.
We have incorporated a passage room between the living room and a bedroom with artificial grass as floor, which gives a remarkable warmth to that room, it is a perfect surface for children to play on the floor. It is also suitable for reading as it has a window next to a third sofa from which you can see the outside garden and have the feeling that said garden continues inside the house by having artificial grass and natural plants. In this space you can also find books and various toys for children.
All rooms have views of the garden, except the bathroom. Both mattresses, pillows and sofas will be cleaned at the exit of each guest with the Kobold hygiene and health system. The apartment is fully equipped. Bath towels. Bed linen is provided, beds are made upon arrival.
- Services and common areas
The garden and parking are in common use, it has a small pond with fish and another with turtles, a cage with chickens where guests can collect eggs if they wish. There is also a bonsai garden. You can enjoy a pergola with outdoor furniture in the terrace area.

- Neighborhood Overview
The house is located in a very quiet residential area away from noise and at the same time very close to many points of interest such as golf course, airport, La Laguna Historic World Heritage City, Puerto de la Cruz tourist city in which it is located the famous Loro Parque and several beaches, as well as Lake Martianez.
- How to move
It is advisable to rent a car although they can also move by bus since the stop is about 15 minutes walking

Es una casita muy acogedora con un precioso jardín en el que pasar ratos agradables desayunando o tomando un té por la tarde. Está en un gran jardín compartido pero hay una total independencia gracias a la distribución del espacio y de la vegetación (espectacular yuca!). Por la noche, se siente la maravillosa sensación de estar en el campo, lo cual se agradece si eres de una gran ciudad.
La comunicación con Eduardo ha sido muy fluida y siempre ha estado dispuesto a resolver cualquier cosa que nos pudiera surgir. Sin duda, recomiendo este alojamiento en Tenerife para quien prefiera el bonito y verde norte de Tenerife como opción.

Perfecta ubicación para acceder a la zona norte y centro de la isla. Una vivienda muy cómoda y un lugar tranquilo para desconectar. Eduardo muy atento y pendiente de nuestra estancia

If you want an away from it all holiday and no English bars in sight, then this is the place for you.The owner, Eduardo, met us at the property and showed us around the house and garden with pride and was only a phone call away should we have needed him.The house is situated in secure, gated grounds and contains everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable and feel like home from home. It was relaxing to sit in the private, perfectly manicured garden, which houses a chicken coop ( fresh eggs daily), fish and turtle ponds and (not forgetting, Eduardo 😀), a bonsai section. The property is well situated to explore the North, but a car is a must. Take trip to Anaga Forrest and the Mercedes Mountains. Make sure you take your walking boots with you. There are many small coastal villages, which when found, offer excellent cuisine. Santa Cruz and Puerto del Cruz are also within driving distance should you want something more lively. This is our first visit to the North of the island and it certainly will not be our last. We cannot thank Eduardo enough for making it that extra special and feel that we have made a great friend.
