Already the entrance in the house smells and looks really clean. The room is basic but comfy, there is a fan, which comes handy during warm night. Bathroom is really luminous and spacious for the type of the room it is. Bed was comfy and pillows seemed good quality.
The kitchen is well equipped with also coffee and tea free of charge which is a nice detail. WiFi worked well and parking was easy in next street. Ivan is very welcoming host
I cannot complain about anything really. Chair would be handy in a room, but that's more like a recommendation.

Kitchen is really well equipped with a lot of different pots, a big cooking field, oven.
Perfect if you want to cook yourself on vacation.

You can hear a lot of the noise outside like dog barking and the aircrafts even with closed windows and shutter.

Lot of parking spaces nearby, comfortable wide bed, Netflix access, huge wardrobe, clean.
Not even a small table in the room, no air conditioning.
