Идеальная квартира для проживания с семьей. Я была с сыном. В каждого своя комната. Оборудованная кухня, прекрасная гостиная с большим диваном и балконом.
Нет сушилки белья. Очень сильно слышно гостей из других квартир. Люди приходили в 1-2 ночи или ходили курить и просыпались в 6-7 утра. Я сплю чутко. Мне было сложно выспаться

Good location within walking distance of the city center and public transportation. The Hyperdino supermarket is 7 minutes walk. Quiet apartment and owner is responsive to our request.
Apartment is basic. Lights are dim especially in the living room.

The host is relly nice and always available to help and support. The apartment is big: we had 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room which is a lot for two people and pretty good for the price. The check in and check out were super easy. The location is great to reach the city center and many restaurants in a few minutes walking.
The apartment and furniture are pretty old and not the cleanest I have seen. The noises from other apartments can clearly be heard as the double bedroom's window is very thin (even if closed) and it leads to an internal court where other apartments overlook. The shower in the evening time has always been lukewarm (never warm) and even if using it for less then two minutes, the second person would have had it cold. It might take a while to find a close parking slot.
