The apartment is situated close to the tram line (stop Gracia) connecting Santa Cruz to La Laguna, making further travel to the North or South via the Central Bus Stations very convenient, especially given how affordable public transit is on Tenerife.
It's a modern apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and all the necessary appliances. The hosts were nice and accommodating.
While the owner speaks English, the housekeeper might not. Spanish skills are recommended, but not strictly required.

Bardzo schludny i ładny apartament. Wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne urządzenia. Dobra lokalizacja - blisko tramwaju i autobusu.

La casa es muy acogedora, de estilo moderno bonito y muy cuidada en los detalles, las camas son muy comodas y el sitio en general es muy tranquilo, se disfruta muchisimo tanto de dia como de noche.
algunos pequeños detalles como el estado de los utiles de cocina (sartenes, ollas, etc), se escuchaba bastante el ruido de los aviones pero se acostumbra rapido.
