Large, very cosy, very comfortable villa "Sueños del Mar". In the district of Gironets 1 km from the centre of Els Poblets, 8 km from the centre of Denia, in a quiet, sunny position, 800 m from the sea. Private: property (fenced), well-kept garden wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, arbour, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue house, parking on the premises, public car park at 50 m. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 550 m, railway station 10 km, sandy beach 1.2 km, shingle beach 800 m. Sports harbour 9 km, golf course (18 hole) 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
