About this villa rental
La Villa Rosa is a gated vacation villa with an annex, swimming pool, terraces, etc., located in Montgó, Denia. The tourist license number is CV-VUT0515924-A
The villa and annex can serve as three separate living units, each with its own fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There are a total of six bedrooms and four bathrooms.
SECURITY
The house is equipped with 2 security systems.
Security System 1—use is mandatory.
Alarm system connected to a 24-hour manned monitoring center. The alarm system is indoor-only and consists of sensors on windows and doors, as well as indoor room sensors. Room sensors in the living room and hallway take still images when the alarm is triggered. The alarm monitoring center and the owner will be able to view the still images captured when the alarm is triggered. There is also 1 smoke detector.
Security System 2 – optional use with local control and access.
A Ring alarm system is installed. There are 2 indoor cameras with integrated manual privacy covers that mute audio and video. There are also 9 outdoor cameras covering the entire outdoor area. In addition, there is a Ring camera at the entrance gate and an outdoor siren. An overview and layout of the system will be provided upon arrival.
DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE AND PROPERTY
The villa is well-equipped both indoorsand out to ensure that our guests enjoy a comfortable and relaxing vacation. There are a total of 6 air conditioning units in the villa, which maintain a comfortable indoor temperature throughout all areas.
The villa features a main floor with direct access to the pool and barbecue area. There is a lower level with a separate entrance, as well as a detached annex located just below the main house. Much of the outdoor area, including the pool and barbecue area, has been renovated in recent years. Much of the outdoor furniture is new. Several interior rooms have also been fully or partially renovated.
The driveway to the property leads through an electric sliding gate, with parking at the same level as the main floor right next to the house and easy access to the main entrance. There is space for 3 cars inside the gate. There is also a manual gate leading to parking in the lower part of the lot, but this is not normally used.
There are three entrances to the house. One for the main floor, one for the lower level, and one for the annex.
The pool area is located close to the grill and outdoor shower, with a view of the beautiful residential area and Montgó National Park
There are several tables, seating areas, and dining areas around the house. Large, spacious rooftop terrace with its own furniture and shower facilities
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Spanish regulations for tourist licenses limit the rental period to a maximum of 10 days.
RENTAL RATE
The rental rate includes bedding with comforters, 3 towels per guest (beach towel, shower towel, and regular towel), water, and pool and garden service. Use of the washing machine, dryer, gas for grilling, and internet is also included.
We have various beach equipment available, such as beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel masks, and various toys for guests to use free of charge.
Electricity consumption is charged at 0.20 EUR per kWh.

There are 6 bedrooms: 3 on the main floor, 2 on the lower floor, and 1 in the annex. All bedrooms have an attached closet with shelves and hanging space.

LOCATION
The villa is located about 1 hour and 15 minutes by car north of Alicante Airport. You can also fly into Valencia Airport, which takes about the same amount of time.
It is about 5 km to the city and 6 km to the beach. There are long sandy beaches stretching from the city center northward, while rocky beaches can be found south of the city. The city is known for its excellent dining experiences with a wide variety of restaurants, beautiful and diverse beaches, many festivals, Montgó National Park, beautiful hiking areas, a large and thriving marina, and several excellent golf courses in the area, including La Sella Golf Resort with 27 holes (three 9-hole loops) in a picturesque landscape about 12 minutes from the house.
You have access to Montgó National Park and hiking trails in the area about 200 meters from the house.
Several scenic areas, beautiful beaches, and exciting towns in the region are just a short drive away if you’d like to take a few short trips to explore the area.
