Welcome to Semarango Beach, our beautiful vacation home in Costabella, just steps from the beautiful sandy beach.
Do you want to enjoy your breakfast in the sun on the terrace and then go barefoot to the beach? Then this is the perfect house for you!
Costabella is known for the best beaches and restaurants in Marbella and is only a 7-minute drive from Marbella Old Town and 15 minutes from Puerto Banús. You also have many golf courses around you, such as Santa Clara or Rio Real.
This vacation home consists of 3 bedrooms with three beds, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen and 2 very large terraces with stunning sea views.
The apartment is built on 2 levels, on the entrance level there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the living-dining room, the kitchen and a covered terrace with views of the sea and the communal pool.
On the second floor, there is the beautiful master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and its private terrace with incredible sea views.
The master bedroom has a 180x200m king-size bed and blinds for a good night\'s sleep. You also have direct access to the beautiful terrace, which is equipped with an outdoor sofa with a small coffee table and 2 sun loungers to enjoy the sun.
The other room is equipped with two single beds, 90x200m, which can also be put together into a double bed, here too you will find blinds and curtains.
The bathroom in the main bedroom has a shower, sink, bidet and a toilet. The other bathroom has a bathtub with a glass shower, a sink and a toilet. You also have in both bathrooms a hair dryer.
We provide bed linen and bath towels for all rooms, so you only need to bring your personal items to enjoy your vacation.
The apartment has air conditioning, so you can adapt the temperature for heating or air conditioning.
The living room is equipped with 2 sofas and a coffee table. There is also a smart TV with international channels and WIFI available in all rooms. The dining room has a glass table with 5 chairs.
From the living room you have direct access to the covered terrace, where you will find a dining table with 6 chairs to enjoy meals with your family and friends outdoors.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a mixer.
For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.
There is also a private parking space for you in the gated complex, opposite the apartment entrance.

The complex has an outdoor swimming pool (opening hours may vary according to season, subject to availability) with sun beds and umbrellas to enjoy a relaxing vacation in the sun of the Costa del Sol during the summer months.

Die Wohnung war ein Traum. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Sehr hübsch und stilvoll von der Eigentümerin eingerichtet. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Einzig und alleine eine Grundausstattung hat gefehlt. Das was man so gewohnt ist. Gewürze usw.
Den Fön konnte man auch nicht wirklich gebrauchen. Aber das war nicht so wichtig. Die Kommunikation mit der Firma bzw. Bezahlstelle war am Anfang ein echtes Problem. Kreditkartenüberweisung ging nicht, sodass ich das Geld überweisen musste und es dann leider erst eine Woche später ankam. War ja aber nicht meine Schuld. Das war ein unnötiger Stress vor dem Urlaub mit etlichen Telefonaten und Emails. Das Problem mit der Kreditkartenbezahlung sollte man beheben. Ansonsten waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und vor allem Sandra, die den Check In übernommen hatte. Alles in allem war es ein super erholsamer Urlaub mit viel Komfort und den Strand in 3 Gehminuten entfernt.

Alles war optimal, die Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen, optimale Lage, hervorragend ausgestattete und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, gepflegte Anlage, ein Traum!!

The apartment looked very nice but for me it was style over substance.air con in top bedroom was not working took a bit of persuading to get it fixed.also roof terrace had amazing views and nice chairs to sit on but no shade at all so was not usable until early evening a great shame.other apartments around all seemed to have shade of some type.on the positive note beach very close and some really nice beach bars .cheers!
