Proximity to beaches and beach restaurants just a stroll away. Security, although side gate seemed to be left unlocked most of time we were there, good parking plenty of space (only 2 of us, might cramped if house is at full capacity 8)
Small rear garden which was overshadowed by enormous, empty carcass of 2002 abandoned apartment block which was home to a flock of chickens complete with two noisy cockerels and god knows what else come season.

Good location
No linen change in 4 weeks though we did enquire. problem with front door lock management said they would be there in 10 mins never arrived although their office was actually less than 10 mins away. House lacked a bit of quality.
