Private 3 bedroom + 1 bunk rm 3 bathroom detached villa in own grounds with pool

Very nice stay, with 5 friends we had all the privacy we needed, enough space for everyone, inside looks a bit small for 8 people, but during the summer season, you do not need to be inside, and outside area is very spacious.everything was clean when we arrived. all was well prepared, and instructions where clear. a well spend couple of days.

the stay was successful, simplicity in checking in and out. Super location. The property is very nice, a little however neglected. With the improvement of some details it could be an exemplary place for a holiday stay.

We chose this villa as we wanted a private pool for a relaxing week and in that sense it was perfect. The outdoor area is really good with shaded areas (especially the Tiki Bar/pergola) and the pool was clean and a good size. We also used the BBQ which worked really well. Inside it was spacious but we didn’t spend much time there beyond sleeping. 10 min walk to the beach and some lovely bars was a great option. Would also recommend hiring a car as we used it to explore nearby, such as Puerto Banus, Marbella, etc. I’ve read comments about the cleanliness of the Villa and whilst it wasn’t perfect and perhaps needs a bit of a facelift in places, this was not an issue for us and everything did work. Agree it would be great to have a second fridge just for drinks but it wasn’t a massive issue for us (although we were only 5 adults). My 2 observations are that it would be good to have an outdoor shower by the pool and clearer communication/documentation about needing coins for the aircon and fire sticks for the TVs, if you want to use them (again not a massive issue for us as we spent evenings outside playing cards). When I did contact the owner response time was always quick which was great. Overall we were very happy with our stay and had a great week.

The house is Nice if they would clean it better We had to put all the plates and cutlery and cups in The dishwaser si dirty they were. We could not use the frying pans, they were awfully dirty just to trow them away. Cupboards where dusty so we had to clean them. Thére were cockroach gunning around. The tiles a round of The pool also need to be cleaned . The pool on himself very clean and well Looked after. The garden is ok ifthey would clean The birds shut. After all we had a Nice stay.
