Villa located in the quiet and peaceful development of “The Village”, less than 5 minute drive to the resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
Entrance leads into bright and spacious sitting area with wood burner and dining area. Patio doors leading out to pool terrace.
Separate lounge/TV area offers cable TV, DVD and ample comfortable seating.
Spacious, brand NEW fully fitted kitchen equipped with all modern appliances.
On this floor there is ensuite twin bedroom with bath/shower.
There is also a ensuite double bedroom with shower.
First floor, master bedroom with access to terrace. Ensuite bathroom with shower.
Twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. Both bedrooms with access to terrace.
Pool area – Sunloungers, built-in BBQ area and large table ideal for outside dining.
Basement – laundry/utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer so as a small kitchen.
Also in the basement there is a pool table, table tennis and dart board.
Fully air-conditioned; WIFI internet facility
As from 2025 the local council in Loule has implemented The Tourism Tax Charge like in many other cities which is the following:
Summer - 01/04/2025 - 31/10/2025 : EUR 2 per person per night for each adult and child 16 years and over, to a maximum of 5 nights. (So capped at EUR 10 per person per stay).
The Winter charge is EUR 1 per night with similar conditions as above.
Payment can be done either through the booking or payment on arrival
