About this villa rental
Spacious superb 7 bedroom villa (or 4 bedroom villa) with pool set in a large private plot near Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. Less than 5 minute drive to surrounding beaches.
Can be rented as a 4 bedroom property, request rates.
Electric gates open onto a large private driveway with parking for at least 3 cars. Beautiful landscaped gardens surround the villa.
Entrance hallway leads through to a spacious lounge/dining area with two sets of patio doors that look over to pool and terrace area. Dining area leads into kitchen, with all appliances, and laundry room
Located on this floor are two large en-suite bedrooms, one with patio doors to the pool and garden. Also on the ground floor is a another double bedroom and adjacent shower room
Upstairs is the Master en suite bedrooms with dressing area and amazing private sun terrace.
When rented as 7 bedroom - Located on the ground floor are another two large en-suite bedrooms, a double bedroom and adjacent shower room so as tv lounge area. Patio doors to the pool and garden.
Outside the grounds are completely private with a heated (payable) pool, large terrace, terrace furniture and gas BBQ. Stunning landscaped gardens.
Pool heasting, 500euros per week.

As from 2025 the local council in Loule has implemented The Tourism Tax Charge like in many other cities which is the following:
Summer - 01/04/2025 - 31/10/2025 : EUR 2 per person per night for each adult and child 16 years and over, to a maximum of 5 nights. (So capped at EUR 10 per person per stay).
The Winter charge is EUR 1 per night with similar conditions as above.
Payment can be done either through the booking or payment on arrival

We had a fantastic stay. Great location, incredible outdoor area and lots of space. A very minor improvement would be a welcome pack.

Pool was good. Rooms were satisfactory. Air con wasn't working in 2 bedrooms, host told us about 1. We had several problems during the stay that we were surprised hadn't been brought to the hosts attention. External BBQ/patio/pool lights timer set for 9PM, too late.Air Conditioning not working in 2nd bedroom.No hot or cold water available at the villa on 5 mornings, including our departure day. Became available later in the morning. Couldn't flush toilets after first flush of the day!!!!Dishwasher not functioning, dirty stuff coming out.Sewage pump underneath one of the bedrooms stopped working, causing terrible smell.Blocked drainage from the kitchen sink and sewage smell outside kitchen window.I can provide a copy of the WhatsApp conversation between Paulo and me
