About this villa rental
Welcome to your holiday villa in Quarteira, where huge gardens, a lake, and palm trees create a true resort feel just minutes from the beach!
This stunning 6‑bedroom villa sits in a quiet area about a 15‑minute walk from the nearest beach, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends who want both space and convenience. Picture yourself crossing the little bridge over the ornamental lake, spending lazy afternoons by the 12 × 6 m pool or on the putting green, then ending the day in the outdoor jacuzzi under the stars.
Step inside to six stylish en‑suite bedrooms, all with air conditioning and modern bathrooms. On the ground floor, four king‑size bedrooms each have private showers, and three of these beds can be split into twins on request before arrival. Upstairs, there are two more king‑size bedrooms, one with a bathtub plus shower and one with a shower, with one of these beds also convertible to twins.
The villa has been recently updated with crafted, modern decor and all the comforts for an easy stay: strong Wi‑Fi in all rooms, electric towel rails in the bathrooms, a large flat‑screen TV with cable and English channels, and plenty of comfortable sofas and chairs for relaxing together. A huge fully equipped kitchen is ready to cater for a crowd, with all the appliances and equipment you need to cook and serve meals for a big group.
Outside, guests can’t get enough of the magnificent garden: hectares of lawn, numerous palm trees, a 12 × 6 m pool (approx. 1–2.2 m deep) with at least 12 sun loungers, shaded lounging areas, a beautiful lake with fountain and bridge, and a private putting green with 5 holes for practising your golf shots. A large outdoor dining table, gas BBQ, various comfy outdoor furniture and a spectacular jacuzzi make al fresco meals and relaxed evenings effortless. There’s also a snooker table and ping‑pong table, and plenty of quiet corners to walk, sit, meditate or simply soak up the sun with a country‑house vibe, all while being close to Quarteira’s beaches and amenities.

Given it was January when we visited and the pool was cold, the hot tub was greatly appreciated and a nice surprise. Good location. Spacious house.
More a suggestion than a dislike: Would be good to have more than one set of keys when you have a full house with people coming and going.

Perfect for a large group with kids, the playground and the backyard is perfect for a group of kids and adults
More towels for the dishes and for the shower, soap (dishwasher, hand soap and laundry).

We were a party of 11 golfers who every day looked forward to getting back to the villa after each round to just relax on the property. The pool area and entertaining area outside the kitchen were just the perfect area for afternoon sunshine.
I would have at least 2 remote controls for the vehicle gate. We had trouble every day with it not being reliable and nearly missed a tee time on one day.
