Our host Sis was lovely and very helpful with places to visit. The view from our room was beautiful. Room was very clean and bed was comfy.

Balmoral Lodge was a beautiful stay with well maintained facilities, it was a little further from Queenstown making the walk harder to commute, but still accessible from the town centre.
The place was at the top of a hill so making the walk difficult from the town centre, but would be easily accessible by car.

Great service, gorgeous view, comfy beds and lovely clean room. Cis and her team were so lovely - they even helped me out with laundry and were more than happy to assist with any other questions/recommendations we needed. The view is stunning and only a 15 min (very scenic) walk downhill - you might just want to uber back ;) Highly recommended!!

It's a lovely house on a hill, with sufficient parking space and within short driving distance to the town centre.
As it's a Airbnb style place, there is not much support compared to an actual hotel. But the rooms are cleaned daily, refreshments replenished, basics are there.
