    Comfy bed, nice linen, clean room. Our room faced the street and despite double glazing was noisy with traffic. Also had a lot of stairs, so for people of a certain age was difficult. Parking spaces were small, parked on the street one night. Our only service during our 2 night stay was replacement of teabags. Not sure if this is normal. Spa was closed. Lots of places to stay in Queenstown, we would try elsewhere next time.

    Sadly not the best stay and I do not recommend. While the interior looks the same as the photos, the "partial lake view" is a joke. I feel like I've been deceived and ripped off. Upon check in, I was given incorrect information about parking and access to the apartment. During my stay, an alarm went off with no notice or warning, which can be very scary and concerning for a foreigner who doesn't understand if this is due to an earthquake or another issue. Upon speaking with the manager, he confirmed it was planned and known alarm test... when I queried why guests weren't notified, he had no reason. Power has gone out a couple times now. While I understand there are roadworks and this is outside of managements control, the workmen advised me it was planned. Therefore, I would expect management to notify guests as a courtesy. There were other peoples clothes in the washing machine. The next door balcony is within arm reach. Something for other solo women travellers to be aware of.. I also feel deceived by Agoda. The breakfast was advertised as $47 per person by Agoda however Garden Court charge $19 and it is a very basic breakfast box. Good location in terms of being central but parking spaces are cramped. No dining facilities on site, it's very much look after yourself. I will not return.
