About this apartment rental
This Spacious Apartment caters for all, whether it be business or leisure. In the summer months there is a north west facing deck with outside furniture and a BBQ.
Perfect for those traditional Kiwi dinners along with a beer/wine or two
For those colder evenings there is an easy care pellet fire that starts with a flick of a switch. The kitchen is spacious and open planned, this allows the cook to interact with others while cooking. The Gas hob allows easy heat control and ideal cooking condition's. To finish the kitchen off there is a double fridge/freezer with a ice maker for those chilled drinks.
This modern home is a great place to relax after your day out in South Canterbury

Our stay in this property was great. Communication with our host was very responsive. We enjoyed our time there and very much appreciated how well our host made our stay very welcoming. We had no issues with anything or anyone during our stay. I guess if you show respect you will receive respect. The home was very warm and comfortable. We have 2 Sons and they are not small so the sleeping arrangements suited us all perfectly. We would have loved to have woken up to a Coastal Scenery, but who are we to complain. We had a roof over our heads and that is all that matters. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for comfort and warmth. Oh My Gosh the fireplace was so lovely. I want one in my home. I would be booking there again if we ever go back. Thank you so much to our hosts for letting us rent your home.

The house is good and suited our needs. Unfortunately, it was a bit grubby, with a lot of dishes, cutlery, pots, etc in cupboards and drawers that were not clean, which was a little disappointing....we got over it and cleaned them and all was good from that point.
