Really good customer service and cozy rooms.

We are glad that you made us breakfast for a cheap price. Your "salty breakfast" doesn't describe a breakfast we would want to have. Usually, we eat more like sandwiches, porridge, and omelets, etc.

Local taxi service but it's not your fault.

Pleasant

Very individual quirky decor which we enjoyed. Back from the road so car noise not a problem even though near a large highway. Right on the Via Francigena but no signage we did not realize it was there. We could hear every in the adjacent room, even whispering, and are grateful they tried to be quiet. About 1.5 miles to stores and restaurants. Owner manager not on premises. That all said, we slept amazingly well and woke up more refreshed than we had in weeks.

Good

The bathroom was spacious, modern and clean. We thought the host put a lot attention the little things that make a stay pleasant. Also the owner was very helpful, agreeing to take our packs to Fidenza because I couldn't carry mine due to a neck injury.

The property is over a mile (2Km) from Fiorenzuola and there are absolutely no services nearby. Even though the Via Francigena goes by right in front of the Agriturismo I don't recommend it for walkers. If you're driving or riding a bike or it would be a better choice. Another problem we had was with the check-in procedure. The check in time is 18:00, which is quite late for walkers, and you have to retrieve a key to the front door from a lock box which is quite difficult to open. If you arrive early you can get instructions to access the let so you can leave your bags but you have to leave and return at 18:00. If you've been walking all day this is a real bummer. Remember, you're over 2km from town so that's 4km round trip. Finally, the property charges a 10€ cleaning fee that isn't listed on the Booking.com website. I encourage the owner to include the cleaning fee in the Booking price. We found this to be deceiving even though we were notified after we booked. This is a nice property. If the owner made changes to the check-in procedure and included the cleaning fee in the posted pricei would give it a higher rating.

Sehr strategisch gelegt, super Service

Sehr bequem gelegt, ein Paar Minuten von der Autobahn Ausfahrt Fiorenzuola. Von hier aus ist auch Piacenza schnell erreichbar. Mitten im Lande, auch mit Nebel sehr poetisch. Die Zimmer sind sauber und neu möbliert. man hat den Eindruck mitten im Lande sich zu befinden und alles ist so schnell und bequem erreichbar. Die besitzerin ist immer sehr verfügbar gewesen und hat mir mehrmals sofort helfen können. Zu empfehlen.
