I love the location, quietness of the neighborhood and the sun room.
It would be nice if the shower outside worked to rinse off sand from the beach so it wouldn’t be trekked inside the house.

The house was roomy and in a quiet neighbourhood very close to the beach.
There was no outdoor seating.

localisation , you can walk to the beach
lot of equipment not working, not very clean, need repair and replacements. good for 6 people not for 8 (one big bed in the middle of the common area)
