Plus, you’re close to Tybee’s best restaurants, shopping, and attractions, all without the summertime congestion.

Inside, the second-floor main living area features gorgeous hardwood floors and a bright, open layout that brings everyone together. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen flows into the dining and living spaces, with seating for six at the dining table and two more at the breakfast bar. A cozy living room with a 40-inch flat-screen TV is the perfect spot to relax after a day of beach fun. The primary bedroom on this level has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and TV, and another with two twin beds—ensure comfort for everyone. MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday, from June 1st through August 13th. Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
