Doc House is a dog-friendly* home located on Tybee Island's picturesque back river area and is minutes from the Tybee Pier and Pavillion. This updated Island cottage has four bedrooms, a large floating private covered gazebo, and many amenities that will have you coming back year after year. Overlooking Tybee's back river allows you to experience a Tybee sunrise and views of the infamous Little Tybee and watch the resident dolphin families fish and explore the coastal waterways.
If fishing is your sport, what is better than being able to fish directly from your own dock? The convenient floating dock will accommodate a boat of up to 23'.
This beach cottage features an open living space floor plan that is perfect for gathering with family and friends. The cozy living space features plenty of seating and large 55" high-definition TV. A large dining table with a water view and plenty of seating offers a convenient area for everyone to enjoy meals together. Adjacent to the dining area is the updated kitchen with plenty of space and everything you need to prepare meals. A large screened-in patio located right off the dining area is the perfect retreat for lounging in the evenings or enjoying your morning coffee.
Also on the home's ground floor is a bonus game room with a queen sleeper sofa, air hockey table, and high-definition TV, perfect for a movie or game night! A half bathroom and shower room are easily accessed off the hallway leading from the kitchen area to the bonus game room.
The top floor of the Doc House has four spacious bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a King bed with access to a waterfront balcony. Bedroom #2 has a King bed and also has access to the waterfront balcony. Bedroom #3 has two Queen beds and access to an adjoining bathroom. Bedroom #4 has a King bed and access to a semi-shared bathroom with Bedroom #3.
Parking for Four vehicles.
*A maximum of two dogs are allowed per reservation if the applicable pet fee is paid.
Additional fee for pet. $95 per pet.

I’ll start off by saying this house was in a wonderful location and the view was beautiful. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and we had a great time. We definitely used the doc a lot, for coffee, fishing and just hanging out. However, we did have an unfortunate plumbing situation which made half the bathrooms and showers unusable for most of our stay. That was a huge inconvenience. With that said, the communication with the property manager was awesome through out all of these issues. They were always very responsive and compensated us for our issues without even having to ask, which I truly do appreciate. Once those plumbing issues are fully fixed I would totally recommend this house to anyone and everyone! Check in was a breeze, the maintenance guy they use, Andrew, was amazing and super helpful.

This was the perfect spot for me and my friends to stay for an extended weekend. The views are gorgeous, the house was wonderful, with more than enough room for the 5 adults and one child in our party. The stairs to the bedrooms are a little steep, if that’s an issue, but the view from the upstairs balcony at sunset was well worth it!

The house was nice. There were a a few issues. when we arrived there was a broken wall picture that had been placed on top of the dresser but whomever “cleaned up” missed broken shards of glass on the floor. Luckily we spotted them before someone was injured. Later in the trip when we loaded the washing machine we noticed that it had stained and ruined our clothes. The manager asked to come inspect the washer but we were out and eventually never showed up. I sent multiple pictures of several pieces of ruined shirts and shorts. They seemed unconvinced that this was a problem.
The house was nice and the space was comfortable but leaving with ruined clothes really cast a black cloud over our stay. We left feeling the price was too high for what we got.
