Herwann is a very nice host, the location and the layout of the house are great.
Unfortunately, a few things are getting on in years and need a refurbishment.
and the cleanliness was also a bit lacking, we found stains on the bedding and blankets. Also the lanai was basically unusable as it was completely filthy. This was a great pity, as the location and layout of the accommodation are perfect.
and: there were obviously mothballs in the bedrooms and wardrobes which gave off a really unpleasant smell. Maybe use something less intrusive? But all in all a nice place to stay - just needs a bit more maintenance.

Very friendly landlord, but house has a very low standard. Quality of electricity poor, interior old and smelly. Especially bedrooms lacked cleanliness with muffy scent which was hard to bear (we bought textile spray to treat curtins and mattresses). Too expensive for what we‘ve got.
