Perfect space to accommodate 7 people comfortably, with a double-height attic room of 35 m2 with exposed beams and large windows to the coast, Playa de Oyambre, the University of Comillas and the Picos de Europa, where you can enjoy magnificent sunsets .
Distribution: access floor with kitchen, master bedroom suite with dressing room and bathroom with bathtub and natural light; mezzanine with living room; Upstairs with two double bedrooms, one of them with the possibility of putting an extra bed and a bathroom with shower and natural light. Built-in wardrobes in all rooms, wooden floors throughout the duplex except bathrooms, ceilings with exposed wooden beams. All bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this flat. There were 3 of us and we were very comfortable. Having one bedroom on the lower level and the other two on the upper gave us a lot of privacy. The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared several meals while staying here. The location is close to the beaches but away from the crowds. It is also convenient for exploring the Picos de Europa National Park and the Altamira Caves. Being able to park our car at the front door made exploring the countryside easy. Patricia was very responsive and helpful in providing us information during the booking process and during our stay. We would highly recommend this flat and will stay here again if we are in the area.

os proprietários foram muito atenciosos e muito disponíveis. Gostamos muito. O apartamento tinha todo o conforto e utensílios necessários para uma estadia agradável. A sua arquitetura era muito engraçada e as suas vistas excelentes. Situa-se num lugar tranquilo.
