We loved not only the location and eco focus of the camp but the authenticity and genuine focus on preserving the Bedouin way of life. We misplaced our passport and left it at the visitor center while collecting the tickets for Wadi Rum. Suleiman fork the visitor center found our numbers in the passport and got in touch and Hassan from the camp went personally to collect the passports for us at 10pm that night. There was no hesitation, only a genuine nature to help. Wish we stayed longer in these serene surroundings

Family of 6 (with 4 young women) who decided to do something they have never done before. Originally thought about bubble tents and then felt that it would deprive us of an authentic experience - and how right we were. The location is perfect. We booked three double tents with their own bathrooms that faced the mountains. Couldn’t have asked for more - the establishment is sustainably run - where your hot water and electricity is powered by solar (off grid), the mountain before us meant early morning and late arvo hikes for sunrise and sunset, quiet during the day and night. Family run business meant that we received the most hospitable of receptions. At the end we left it to the team to decide what would be best for us to gain an authentic experience. The team was so accommodating and from the desert wandering on camels, to the Bedouin engagement, learning more about the role of stars and wind to Bedouin life, and the amazing, absolutely amazing food. As a family from a western city, the calmness of the desert matched by the friendliness and accomodation of Ahmed and his team meant that the world was a world away. Three days was not enough - in fact by the end of the first day we were already planning our next visit. Highly recommend and we will come back again.

We had to share with other guests :) - typical western attitude - but Ahmed taught us that the first guest is the host to the second - and so we took that and made new friends who then invited us to their house in Amman. Another Bedouin truth.

This was honestly the best Wadi Rum trip I’ve had so far. From the moment we met up until the drop-off at the end, the entire experience was absolutely incredible. The staff were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home right away, with genuine hospitality throughout the stay. The food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast were delicious and plentiful. The desert tour was perfectly organized and unforgettable, and the stargazing at the camp itself was truly magical. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the overall ensemble and design of the camp is stunning, blending beautifully with the surrounding landscape. Everything was well thought out, well run, and exceeded expectations. I couldn’t recommend this place more and would absolutely come back again.
