About this house rental
Quiet Provencal villa with swimming pool and 1500 square meters of land.
Four bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the floor, a master bedroom with bathroom and built-in dressing.
20 minutes from Lake St Cassien, 45 minutes from the beaches of Fréjus and Mandelieu and 1 hour from the Nice Côte d'Azur airport.
Located 3 minutes from the village where you will find small shops, restaurants, pharmacy and weekly market.
Also located 300 meters from the caves.
The villa, easy access, is placed in the middle of a garden of 1500m2, offering the possibility of parking more than three cars. The play area has a swimming pool with its beach and its (8) suns baths dedicated to idleness, a bowling green, a ping pong table, a beautiful terrace of paved ground floor, with a table (8 people) and garden chairs, shaded by a pergola next to the pool, a small garden and another table for 6 people come to decorate the whole.
The entry of the home of even foot, gives on an open kitchen equipped with stay of 60 m2 bright by its big openings in pavilions, two rooms of the RDC also give on this terrace: a room master with its room of water and its dressing room, another bathroom is dedicated to the second bedroom of the ground floor.
Two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom and separate toilet, located on the landing of the floor.
A laundry room completes the comforts of home as well as Internet and WI-FI, flat screen 130 cm in the living room and a 80cm TV is in the master bedroom of the ground floor and a TV 80cm is also in a room on the floor HiFi chain, American fridge, induction hob, oven, espresso machine, robot, kettle and many appliances add to the comfort.
A baby cot, a bath and a high chair can be provided free of charge.

This is a great villa, in a lovely location. The hosts were very welcoming and check in and out were very straight forward. Very well equipped. Very clean. All the things you would need, in a super village with boulangerie, shops and good range of restaurants. Lots to visit locally as well. We would highly recommend. Thank you for an excellent holiday.

Fabulous villa and a great stay from start to finish. Lovely owners, thorough check-in on arrival and a bottle of champagne waiting in the fridge! Really well-equipped villa. Beds were comfortable. Pool was lovely. Lots of seating areas to choose from. Great location - village is lovely. We visited and had a tour of the caves, which are on the same road! Beautiful lake nearby which was lovely to swim in (Lac St Cassien). Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Everything about this property was perfect for the holiday that we wanted. Situated in a peaceful location, just a 3 minute drive from a beautiful Medieval village, the property provided a tranquil haven for rest while still being close enough to get to the beaches and other many attractions that the South of France has to offer.
Michel, the host, could not have been more helpful. Quick to fix any issues, his handover brief was clear and fully understandable. The property was immaculately clean and the pool was used almost constantly. In addition there was a table tennis table and a petanque court.
The village has at least two markets a week and numerous restaurants and a small supermarket which caters for all ones holiday needs.
I fully recommend Michel and his villa as a location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday destination away from the crowds of the South of France.

Dit is een absolute aanrader als u een vakantie zoekt waarbij alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd is.
Het huis is modern en KRAAKnet. De eigenaars zijn vriendelijk en hoeven absoluut niet bescheiden te zijn door te zeggen dat de service die zij bieden normaal is. Hun service is buitengewoon.
Op elke vraag krijg je binnen de 10 minuten een antwoord. Michel staat 24/7 klaar om te helpen indien nodig.
Een huis waar je enkel kleren en een goed humeur nodig hebt. De rest is voorzien.
Bedankt Michel en partner, wij zullen jullie vriendelijkheid en service niet snel vergeten.
