About this villa rental
We are offering a very charming villa for rent, facing due south in the beautiful Provençal village of Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne, 15 minutes from Grasse, 35 minutes from Cannes and its train station, and 45 minutes from Nice and its international airport.
The villa is ideally located just a 7-minute walk from the village center and all its shops and amenities (bars, restaurants, pharmacy, butcher shop, bakery, tobacco and newsstand, Carrefour Market, etc.)
The villa, situated on a 1,500 m² lot with a floor area of 200 m², is fully equipped with brand-new fixtures and consists of:
- 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 4 separate toilets:
- 1 master suite with a 160x200 double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, and walk-in closet
- 1 bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and built-in closets
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200, which can be pushed together) and built-in closets
- 1 bedroom upstairs with 2 single beds (90x200) + 2 pull-out trundle beds (accommodates up to 4 people total), separate toilet
- 1 bathroom with separate shower and bathtub
- 2 separate toilets
- 50m² living room with smart TV, Wi-Fi, and fireplace
- Dining room adjoining the living room with a table for 10 people
- Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, induction cooktop, separate refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher), table for 4 people
- Laundry room with washer, dryer, and steam ironing station
- A water purifier that softens all the water in the house
The house features a shaded patio for dining with a table for 14 guests, a 10x5 pool protected by an alarm, a large offset umbrella, 6 sun loungers, 2 deck chairs, 2 Fatboy cushions, a ping-pong table, a pétanque court, a lovely garden with trees (olive, lilac, pomegranate, hazelnut, almond…), a CharBroil 3-burner gas grill, outdoor parking spaces, and 2 garages.
Many sports and cultural activities are available nearby (tennis, golf in Cabris, hiking, horseback riding, beaches in Cannes and Mandelieu, the Saint-Cassien Lake recreation center, mountain biking, perfume museums in Grasse, the Saint-Cézaire caves, tree-top adventure courses, etc.)
A gardener/pool maintenance specialist takes care of the villa’s outdoor maintenance once a week.
Sheets and towels are provided as part of the housekeeping package.
Beach towels are not provided.
