Welcome to our charming, detached 220 m² villa in the green heart of Provence, in Montauroux. Set on a private 7,000 m² lot with stunning views, a large private pool, and all the comforts you need for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.
The villa accommodates 8 to 10 people, is child-friendly, and offers plenty of privacy, tranquility, and nature—while the Côte d’Azur, Lake Saint-Cassien, and charming Provençal villages are within easy reach. Villa Jolie is located in the charming village of Montauroux, in a quiet and green rural setting, and offers a stunning panoramic view. Just 45 minutes from Nice Airport. 10 minutes from Lac de St. Cassien. 30 minutes from the beaches. An ideal vacation spot for hikers, nature lovers, and beachgoers
Villa Jolie is fully equipped and features a large private pool measuring 60 m² (12 x 5 m). The villa has three double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. On the mezzanine, there is a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed. There are three bathrooms and four toilets.
The spacious living room features a fireplace, a 55-inch smart TV, and a large wooden dining table with plenty of seating. The French doors lead to the covered terrace, which features a spacious dining table and a stunning view of the valley. The adjacent kitchen-dining area is fully equipped with a table and various kitchen appliances, such as two refrigerators with freezers, a dishwasher, a combination oven/microwave, an air fryer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a blender, and a radio. Air conditioning units are installed throughout the villa, and high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi/internet is available. Baby gear is provided (crib, high chair, toys), as well as books and games. There are many attractions and activities in the immediate vicinity for all ages. In short: a lovely, fully equipped vacation home for the whole family.
On the first floor, there is a studio with a double bed, its own kitchenette, and direct access to the covered terrace by the pool. Also on this floor are a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry room. This first floor adjoins a large covered area with two ceiling fans and an extendable table that seats 10 people. A lovely spot where you can enjoy long evenings outdoors and use the barbecue.
The property offers plenty of peace and privacy. Sun loungers are arranged around the pool on a beautiful stone terrace with a view of the valley. There is also a luxurious outdoor shower here. The villa features multiple terraces, seating areas, and a beautifully landscaped garden. On-site parking is available for six cars behind two electric gates. The garden and pool are maintained.
