The staff were nice. The property is well cared for and clean
No staff available outside check-in period, so I couldn't get daily replacements of water and toiletries.

Nice and cosy place in the quiet neighborhood.
The stay would be perfect if not for the passive aggressive attitude of the staff. The WiFi did not work on the upper floor. We had no choice but to come down to the hall to make a video call. The receptionist instead of helping, did not allow entering Caffe that was completely empty. She started to make noise deliberately, turning on radio louder and louder and decided that it was ok to talk on the phone discussing us in front of us (I suggest she thought we do not understand the Polish language).
