We didn't tell children about the pool and kind of forgot it ourselves that there were one so it was wonderful surprise. It takes 10 min by car to drive there from city centre, but with rental car it is no problem, since it is away from city noise and neighbourhood is peaceful. Will recommend this place highly.

The breakfast was great, the coffee plentiful and delicious. The family who runs the place were accommodating and consistently friendly. They always asked if we had any special wishes. The house and room were immaculate also! As well they provided us with a DVD player which was nice to have during the siesta time. The view from the veranda where he had breakfast was gorgeous. From there you have a view to the Tyrrhenian Sea. From the terrace upstairs where I could hang our beach clothes you had a gorgeous panorama of the hilly landscape. The location is a great place to sleep, breakfast, and chill out and serves as a great springboard to various sights (Tropea, the beaches of Tropea, Riaci, Michellino, Capo Vaticano, etc, as well as city jaunts to Pizzo, Mileto, etc)
That I couldn't stay longer.
