About this apartment rental
"I Molini" is a beautiful and peaceful complex consisting of 15 privately owned apartments, in a picturesque part of Lake Garda - Morgnaga, in Gardone Riviera.
The apartment is on two levels: on the ground floor there is a living area, with a comfortable corner sofa and a open-plan kitchen equipped with everything you need, and a cozy double bedroom with its own bathroom. In the basement there is a second bedroom with three single beds, another bathroom and washing-machine.
But the real strength of the house is outside: from the private and covered patio equipped with a table and chairs, the guest can sit, eat or have a drink, while admiring the splendid view of the lake and the lush nature of Gardone. In front of the patio a short path leads you to the large swimming pool with breathtaking view. Finally, at the back of your apartment you can discover a small private fenced garden where you can retreat in the hottest hours to enjoy a fresh and reserved environment.
Generally pool is open from May to September depending on the weather and temperature and it is shared with the other guests/owners of the residence but generally it is quiet, especially during the week!
The pool is equipped with sunbeds. Every apartment can use two of them.
The apartment also offers one private garage. In case of two cars, just out the residence a free parking space is available.
The complex is reachable by an uphill road long 400 meters.
The lakeside promenade (full of bar and restaurants) starts only 500 meters far from the apartment.

Please note that the second bedroom has windows "at the mouth of the wolf".

We have just returned from a fantastic week in I Molini.
A very well equipped apartment in a lovely part of Lake Garda.
The views from the terrace and large pool are amazing.
We were lucky enough to see a couple of firework displays across the lake which made great evening entertainment with a glass of the local wine 🍷
The apartment is up a short steep hill which helps keep you fit after visiting some of the local restaurants around the lake. Also a great walk along the top road into the town of Gardone.
A well stocked supermarket at the bottom of the pathway.
We used buses & ferries to get around the lake, visiting most of the towns.
Valentina was a great host, with fantastic communication before & during our week

This is a beautiful place to stay with amazing views and we had a very relaxing holiday. There are places to visit and eat in walking distance, although we also spent a lot of time round the beautiful pool, which was never crowded.. Valentina is a brilliant host and everything was straightforward. She was very helpful when we needed information and responds quickly. This was our second visit to this accommodation and we hope to return again. Thank you Valentina.
