About this apartment rental
Our appartment is situated in a smart and quiet residence in the hills above Gardone Riviera. Visitors are always impressed by the breathtaking view over Lake Garda towards Sirmione and of the beautiful surrounding countryside.
There is a comfortable living room with an open plan kitchen, two bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people (one has a king-size bed and the other 2 bunk beds) and a bathroom with shower.
Outside there is a furnished patio and a lovely private garden where you can relax looking over the lake.
POOL: On the level below there is a quiet and peacefull pool shared with the other few guests of the residence, with sunbathing area and views of the olive trees around. Generally it is open from May to September depending on the weather and temperature.
ROAD: The appartment is reached by a winding road, some 10/15 mins drive above Gardone Riviera. There is a parking area just off the road in the hamlet of Tresnico and then a short walk down to the gates into the residence where you are to go ahead down a flight of stone steps, facing the lake as you descend.
POSITION: Please note that the apartment is in the low part of the residence, near the pool. To reach it you have to walk for some flights of stairs, therefore it is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
INTERNET: Mobile wi-fi.
PARKING: There is a parking area just off the road in the hamlet of Tresnico and then a short walk down to the gates into the residence
