Super Lage. 1. min zur Seepromenade. Kleiner Balkon mit Blick auf den See. Aufzug im Haus. Kostenloser Parkplatz in einem Parkhaus. Schneller Support per WhatsApp falls es fragen oder Probleme gibt.

Location is great, apartment is charming.
Everything is DIY, via WhatsApp. Check-in, maintenance, check-out, parking, etc all DIY via WhatsApp with Italian Homing. Interacting with Italian Homing was stressful. No hot water first 24 hours, no AC in the bedrooms, became a burden to have to try to troubleshoot it with them via WhatsApp, especially for a 2 night stay. Also Italian Homing on WhatsApp accused us of scratching the TV, but we didn’t even use it. Overall the experience with Management was stressful, despite the apartment being lovely.
