Staff was responsive to an issue we had, and it was resolved quickly. (No bedding had been left for the sofa bed)
No lighting in the communal hall wall (that we could find), the shower drained VERY slowly.

Everything was easy, getting to the location was super easy, the garage in the hotel nearby was cheap, parking was no problem. The place is easy to get into and everything was smooth
The apartment is very close to the tramrail, I woke up every hour because of the very loud noise of the tram and it sleeping was a poor experience. Wi-Fi didn't work and the host still hasn't answered my message on the app even after a full day.

It was clean. Best shower!
The advertised AC and TV didn’t work. The building was under construction. We had questions upon arrival and the host never responded. We could not get in touch the whole time.
