Great location: walking distance to many attractions, as well as good food coffee and bar options, a tram stop right outside the building, it's a central and safe area. The room was clean and taken care of. It was quiet and we had a comfortable sleep. Big plus that we could self-check in late at night and the host provided clear instructions. Overall great accomodation for a weekend trip!
Room 4 that we stayed in is very small, but it didn't matter much in our case.

Chambre cosy, bien decorée et moderne. Tout le nécessaire dans la chambre, grande douche, lit confortable… Une facilité d’accès et de contact si besoin. L’emplacement proche de la ville et de la gare est super. Rapport qualité prix au top !

Location was good. 10 minutes walk to centre. Room decor looks good. Stayed 4 nights, paid €40 per night. Good heating and radiator. Situated above dominos pizza shop. Local grocery shop located next to apartment.
Located on the top 4th floor, no lift. Stayed in room 4, small room. Hot water wasn't hot, contacted owner who fixed it. 1 light was not working in the room. Dust all over the dressing table and phone. Shower head needs replacing. No fridge. Limited only 11 tv channels

Maybe could do with a little mini fridge this would be my only complaint.
