About this apartment rental
Apartment on the 7th floor in the Playa Príncipe Urbanisation, km 11.5, located on the front line of the two seas, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The lounge is spacious and very bright and features a dining area and another area with a sofa bed (recommended for one adult or two children), with a flat-screen television and access to the beautiful terrace with views of the Mar Menor and the southern area of La Manga, perfect for enjoying the spectacular sunsets.
The master bedroom has a double bed, private terrace and its own bathroom with shower; the second bedroom has two single beds and a large window with views of the Mar Menor. In the hallway there is a family bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped independent kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, oven, microwave and utility room with washing machine.
There are air conditioning units in all rooms, as well as underfloor heating for the winter months, and high-speed internet with fibre optic.
Playa Príncipe is one of the most valued residential developments in La Manga, both for its location and the quality of its buildings. It features a swimming pool situated on the beachfront of the Mediterranean, which is normally open from May to October. 2024 dates from May to 15 October.
It is a stone's throw from Tomás Maestre Port, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.
Furthermore, less than 5 minutes' walk from the building is a sports complex with tennis courts, padel courts and five-a-side football pitches, as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gymnasium with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance at the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weight Training...
Enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach right in front of the building, if you're escaping the crowds, this is your place!

Facilidad de aparcamiento, facilidad de acceso a las playas de ambos mares. La amplitud del apartamento y de cada una de las estancias en general. Maravillosas vistas. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, con la ropa de cama y las toallas de calidad y algún juego de recambio. Bien equipado de útiles de limpieza. Aire acondicionado silencioso y eficaz. La verdad es que es un apartamento estupendo.
Es una pena que haya un cartel en el único cristal de la terraza que impide disfrutar de las maravillosas vistas
