About this apartment rental
Modern, spacious and fully equipped apartment located in the Marinesco II urbanisation, in the Port of Tomás Maestre.
Completely refurbished, loft-style.
The living room - dining room - kitchen is a single space, very large and spacious and super equipped, it has a sofa bed chaise longue (recommended for one adult or two children), a second sofa, a large dining table, smart TV, soundbar, fibre optic internet (free), dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, kettle, oven...and a gallery area with washing machine.
Both from the living room and from the gallery you can access a large terrace equipped with terrace furniture to be able to enjoy breakfasts, lunches or dinners outdoors.
It has two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom with a bathtub, the second bedroom has two single beds and both have air conditioning and smart TV.
The second bathroom, with a shower, is located in the hallway, opposite the living room.
Parking space subject to availability - €6 / night.
Marinesco is a very complete urbanisation that features extensive gardens, as well as a large open-air swimming pool opened in 2024 from 1st July to the end of September (from 10 to 15h and from 17 to 21h) and a tennis court.
LOCATION:
Located at the Port of Tomás Maestre, there is a large supermarket less than 5 minutes' walk away (Supercor), surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy...
Furthermore, at the back they set up a market stall every Saturday morning and less than 10 minutes' walk from the building there is a sports centre with tennis courts, padel and five-a-side football, as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gymnasium with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance at the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weight training...
The Mar Menor beach (Paquebote) is 400 metres away and the Mediterranean is 600 metres away.
The area has several children's playgrounds.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
For arrivals between 9pm and 12am it is necessary to confirm before booking and an extra fee of 30€ applies.

Keys are collected at the Spanish Connection office in Cabo de Palos. Details will be confirmed before arrival.

Detalles de funcionamiento de los aparatos y accesorios antes de la entrada al departamento. Algunos de ellos no funcionaban correctamente:
Cambio de una almohada y estado de los cojines del sofá
Sofá-cama con problemas o defectuoso
Revisión grifo y manguera del baño del dormitorio
Tendedero estropeado
Revisión del estado de las sartenes
En mi opinión sería interesante mejorar en el chequeo del estado general antes de la entrada

Not very clean. My wife cleaned it to her standard. I replaced 2 light bulbs on balcony as both blown with led low energy lamps. I noticed someone has cleaned the staniless steel facing of the oven and the microwave with some kind of scourer. as I know it's not that old but they have ruined the appearance of them. Only spanish tv and Netflix along with YouTube etc but. Lucky we brought a stick to watch english tv. But a lovely spacious and modern apt and next to the marina. Loved our stay but find la manga very quiet off season
