It has beautiful and panoramic views, suitable south-faced garden, and it makes the perfect way to contemplate and delight yourself within the sun, from its sunrise to the sunset.
This extraordinary penthouse gives you the intimacy you need thanks to its minimalist design, undoubted cleanness and care of detail. All these views can be observed from an enormous window of 25m extended along a pool of the same length. The harmonious architecture of the villa allows you to enjoy and experience a full feeling of wonder, thanks to the magnificent views of the whole coast of Sitges from the cottage. Anyway, its location is also perfect for viewing the mountains around only by turning your head 180 º from the sea. You do not have any reason now for choosing between sea and mountains.
The property is designed for the family or for a romantic getaway, always thinking of the ultimate in luxury and comfort. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a fully enclosed private garden with lawn and palm trees, which allows us to enjoy the benefits of an attic by the breathtaking views and the advantages of a villa, the private space we found the garden.
It is located just 30 minutes from Barcelona, ??one of the most important tourist centers of the world, now recognized as a global city, mainly because of its cultural, financial, commercial and tourist importance obviously. On the other hand, Barcelona has been the esenario various events of global importance, such as the Universal Exhibition of 1888, the International Exhibition of 1929, the Summer Olympics of 1992 and the Universal Forum of Cultures in 2004. It is, moreover, the seat of the Secretariat of the Union for the Mediterranean. There, you can also enjoy the famous Gaudi architecture, thus being able to visit the Sagrada Familia, one of the most important monuments in the world.
On the other hand, just 45 minutes away is Port Aventura, the second biggest theme park in Europe.
And if that were not enough, we can always swing by Garraf Park, which is one of the best natural parks in Barcelona. The park has excellent trails for walking or cycling, and is a destination for anyone who is interested in wildlife.
Sitges has a number of festivals worldwide fame and impact, as the festival, Carnival, Corpus Christi, a tango festival and one of the most recognized European film awards, the Sitges Film Festival. There are numerous cultural events intimate, classic jazz and can find opera performances from pop and rock concerts.
The city also has hundreds of restaurants, cafes and tapas bars of all kinds.
The Penedes region is 20 minutes drive and has a tremendous production of wine and champagne, and being himself the most important region of Spain in the sector. So obvious, the quality of their products is outstanding, being a key point in Europe, so the opportunity to visit the many wineries in the region should not be neglected.
Terramar Golf Club: Terramar Golf Club, one of the clubs most historic and traditional golf Spain, is located in the town of Sitges, 37 km along the coast from Barcelona and 60 km to the coast of Tarragona. Since opening in 1922, has been restored several times to become what is now a very fun course to play.
The mild climate and picturesque location overlooking the Mediterranean Sea makes it possible to play golf throughout the year in really nice condition.

Great swimmingpool and view, enough space in the house, teenagers own bathroom en bedroom. Only the dishwasher was broken and the wifi not always working.

Overall we had a great holiday at House Nirvana.
The views are spectacular, the villa is bright, airy & clean & is well appointed with everything we needed for a fun group holiday. Communication with Christian to book the villa & with Eric and his team while we were there, was easy & efficient. The area was great - we know Sitges well and didn’t have a car. We were able to walk from the villa into town in about 25 minutes cutting down the steps.
The villa is actually two flats, which wasn’t a problem in itself, and actually has some advantages as the soundproofing between the flats is excellent so worked well for our party with some who liked to go to bed earlier and others who liked to stay up late making noise! However all of the pictures on the listing are of the top flat. The second flat is considerable less luxurious and would benefit from a bit of maintenance. For example the bathroom door had no handle or lock, the door handle of the larger bedroom, was lose and came off a few times, in the bathroom the paint around the door and the shower area had flaked away leaving the bare wood. Nothing that would spoil a holiday, but not quite what was expected when paying the price for this house - it’s not a cheap option. There is a real disparity between the two flats with the top flat being luxurious and the lower flat being OK, but nowhere near the same standard of accommodation. Maybe some pictures of this accommodation would have made the listing more accurate.

House Nirvana exceeded our expectations. The website pictures are beautiful, but no where near the full beauty of this home and spectacular view. The property isn’t brand new, so there’s some aging evident. But nothing that takes away from the beauty.
My husband and I, our 3 teenagers and my mom, spent nearly a week in Sitges. Upon arrival, the beauty of the home was spectacular. The open floor plan allows for the ocean to be the centerpiece. The rest of the home, with a huge master suite and shower, second bedroom and bathroom, tons of seating options and a chef’s kitchen were perfect for most of our stay.
An accompanying lower level apartment, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and private balcony, was a great space for our teens.
While we didn’t want to leave the house, we fell in love with the town of Sitges. All the shops, restaurants, beach - and train access to Barcelona - made Sitges a wonderful location for our vacation.
Eric was a wonderful host. Prior to our visit, and during our stay, he was attentive to the few questions we had. He not only met us on arrival, but checked in through the week, was prompt in responding to a few minor issues, connected us with a driver for rides back to the airport and overall helped us to have a wonderful experience.
I highly recommend House Nirvana, hoping myself to one day visit again.

The property is getting a bit old. The kitchen is poorly equipped and quite disorganized. Bathrooms need a bit refreshing as they are not up to date for the price being charged per night.
