About this villa rental
Villa Mas Peirot is an authentic 850 m² Masía, originally built in 1800 and recently renovated while preserving its original character.
Please read the full description of the villa before booking and contact us (the agency) prior to making a reservation. This allows us to confirm availability and the owner’s approval.
The estate covers 60 hectares, including 6 ha of vineyards and 1 ha of fruit trees.
IMPORTANT: Rates for May and June are based on 10 guests. Maximum capacity is 18 guests. From 10 guests onwards, a supplement of €80 per person / night applies.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA LOCATION:
The villa is located in the municipality of Cunit (12 minutes from Sitges and 25 minutes from Barcelona, with easy motorway access just 1.5 km from the masía).
The beaches of Cunit are a 20-minute walk away. 4 minutes by car.
Masía Mas Peirot is surrounded by hectares of vineyards and Mediterranean nature. The setting of the property is truly idyllic.
This beautiful area is perfect for disconnecting and enjoying peace and quiet.
Supermarkets are just 2 minutes away by car or approximately a 15-minute walk. The nearest restaurants and bars are only 3 minutes away by car from the villa.
It is a wonderful environment to relax and enjoy a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature. Up to 18 guests.

2 weeks: Intermediate cleaning (2 people, 2 hours): €100 + Final cleaning: €400.

Tourist tax:
€1 per adult / day, applicable during the first 7 days of the stay.
Low season (October to April):
Heating: €300 / week

Dear Marian,
me and my other friends had a wonderful week staying at your villa. We loved the interior, your garden and pool area. We all felt like being at home. Sitges is such a nice place to be, so close to Barcelona. Loved the location of the house. Close to beach, marina and supermarket. Thanks again for the warm welcome and your hospitality. We loved our stay at Marian's house. We were group of 8 girlfriends and loved how we could almost all get our privat room. The pool and the outdoor area is fantastic and was my favorite part of the house.
The location is great, the supermarket is close by and just an easy 10 minutes walk from the house. The marina and the beach is also just a 10 minutes walk from the house. We didn't go there very much since we just loved staying home enjoying the pool.
I definitely recommend this house and will most definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sitges.

We were 8 ladies from Iceland who rented the house for a few days. We absolutely loved the house and the garden with the swimming pool was perfect! It had all the necessities needed and we couldn't have been happier with our stay, we will definatly come back as this was the perfect holiday with downtown Sitges only 10 min walk away !

Just returned from lovely family holiday in Marian's villa. Villa was as described and the pool area and gardens were beautiful. Weather was amazing and Marian was on hand at all times to answer any queries. Would have loved to explore Sitges more but we couldn't pull the kids away from the fab pool😅🏊♂️🏊
