About this villa rental
In Villa Malena , each room has its style and yet comfort is key to its enjoyment. Fully air-conditioned, spacious, lighting all play their part in making this villa one of our best yet! The interior of the villa is spacious, modern, bright, and distributed across two floors.
There are seven bedrooms in the villa, three double ensuites, three double bedrooms and one individual bedroom. 14 sleep by adding an additional bed to the Master Bedroom downstairs.
The warmth of the wooden finishes flows beautifully with the cool of the modern Mediterranean interiors. Furthermore, everything blends with creative architectural design features. Such delights include high ceilings, exposed industrial piping, and panoramic windows. Consequently, you will encounter a unique and organic living experience.
There are so many funky styles to explore at Villa Malena. For example, each bedroom follows its own unique form resulting in a modern, fresh, comfortable home that inspires creativity. And if creativity is your bag, then check out other interesting art and cultural must-sees in the area.
The top floor recreational spaces are open-plan allowing the kitchen, dining, and salon to connect seamlessly. Along with the outdoor pool area, terraces, BBQ, and alfresco dining of course! This floor connects to the ground floor with a double-height stairwell with panorama windows offering spectacular woodland views.
***** Option of heated pool:
Please note the following important conditions when a heated pool is an option at this villa.
A heated pool is an option usually during end of April, May, Sept and early October to extend the Summer season.
Ambient temperatures must be more than 15 degrees in order for the pool to heat. During colder winter months the heat dissipates too quickly.
A heated pool must be requested at least one week in advance – the process can take up to 72 hours.
The water temperature of a heated pool can vary between 21-28 degrees, yet this is not guaranteed as weather conditions such as rainfall, humidity, wind etc will directly impact the temperature.
Costs: In general, there is a minimum charge of €250 to heat the pool regardless of the number of days of use and a fixed weekly charge of €200 thereafter. Some villas vary from this price.
Please enquire directly with your villa reservations manager if a heated pool is an option for your stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa! It’s perfect for a group, really spacious and well-equipped for entertaining and hosting a large group. Honestly, if we had to find any faults, it would only be that there weren’t quite enough mirrors for everyone to get ready at the same time, and of course the mosquitos — but we really appreciated the big spray provided to keep them at bay. Overall, an amazing place for a group getaway!

Very clean upon arrival. Great experience for my elopement! My family loved their stay here although I wouldn’t recommend it for families with toddlers due to the stairs being centrally located.
