The distinction between ‘house’ and ‘home’ is an Irish one and there’s no place quite like it in an Irish person’s heart. Welcoming our guests and making them feel ‘at home’ is the most important part of what we strive to do here at Killarney Prestige Lodge (formally Killarney Manor House) since we decided to offer our ‘home’ for guest house rentals or vacation rentals. Conveniently located only 5 -10 min walk from Killarney town Centre and boasts eleven bedrooms which can accommodate up to 23 people comfortably. Full accommodation includes large lounge , spacious fully equipped modern kitchen, dining room, laundry room, pantry, 11 bedrooms, seven bathrooms with top of the range king size beds as well as an outdoor seating area with BBQ perfect for alfresco dining.

In addition to being only a short stroll to Killarney's world famous National Park, home of the majestic McGillycuddy Reeks, the highest mountain range in Ireland and the breathtaking Lakes of Killarney, Killarney Manor House is close to all amenities. Within minutes stroll of the property you will find a choice of grocery stores, churches, cathedral, post office, train station, bus station, spas etc., all you could wish for and in the evenings there is a wealth of traditional Irish Pubs where you can enjoy Irish music and dance at its finest as well as a host of highly recommended restaurants to choose from.

Not only this our guests will find themselves in the midst of a golfer’s paradise. The Kerry Region is famous for its golf courses and has long since attracted Golfers from around the world and Killarney is the ideal base. Killarney Golf & Fishing Club (Host to the Irish Open in 2010 & 2011), Kenmare, Ballybunion (World class links course), Tralee and Waterville are just some of the courses that can be found in the county of Kerry and indeed the famous Old Head of Kinsale course is also only a short drive away .

Killarney Manor House provides guests with a perfect base from which to take day trips including the Ring of Kerry, the Gap of Dunloe, Torc Waterfall and the Ring of Beara and much more. Local activities include fishing, hill walking, cycling, horse riding to mention a few. We would be delighted to offer our guests any advice or recommendations on our local attractions or organise any trips or activities upon request.
