Niejasne instrukcje odbioru kluczy, portiernia to okienko schowane w klatce za domofonem, będąc tam pierwszy raz ciężko się domyśleć gdzie jest, a wystarczyło napisać.
Zdjęcia z oferty to zdjęcia jak apartament był nowy, nie są to zdjęcia obecnego stanu co jest bardzo mylące bo obecny stan bardzo odbiega od zdjęć.
Uszkodzone meble kuchenne są opisywane w komentarzach od conajmniej roku, podobnie wilgotne opadające tynki ze ścian, drzwi do łazienki napuchnięte i szurające po podłodze.
Czystość taka sobie, podłoga rozmazana mopem, a kratki wentylacyjne w kuchni i łazience straszą, za meble nie zaglądałem. Prysznic i wc w porządku.
Juz drobne naprawy i dokładne czyszczenie wyeliminowały by większość usterek ale łatwiej pokazać na zdjeciach stan jak wszystko było nowe.
