Tolle Lage am See. Das Gebäude ist sensationell, halt ein altes Stift, aber in top Zustand.

Wenn es zukünftig noch heißer wird, wird man auch dort eine Klimaanlage benötigen.

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes, sehr großzügiges Zimmer im Altbau des Stiftes erwartete uns. Die Matratzen waren herrlich, das Badezimmer und das WC waren getrennt und sehr großzügig und modern. Der zum Stift gehörende Parkplatz ist für Gäste kostenlos. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig uns alles herrlich frisch. Obst, Säfte Kaffee, Tee, Gebäck , Wurstwaren, Käse, Aufstriche, Müslis, versch. Eierspeisen, Kuchen etc. - Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Die Stimmung im Stift ist familiär und herzlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für den netten Aufenthalt!

Es gibt zwar keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern, dafür aber sehr große Fenster, die wir in der Nacht offen gelassen haben. Durch den unmittelbar ans Stift angrenzenden See wurde es in der Nacht wunderbar kühl.

The location was really beautiful. We had a direct view to the Ossiacher See, which was fabulous. The room was nice and quite large, no problem where to put our stuff to. Bathroom is really nice and also big. Breakfast was OK, not too large selection of food, but we could always had enough. Picture is from the window of the room.

The only negative thing were the beds. The beds were really too soft and my wife had problem in the morning with an aching back due to the very soft bed. It was inconvenient for both of us. I would have also liked one bigger bed instead of two which were sliding from each other quite easily. This is really something they could change to make the hotel even better, because other than the beds we were very satisfied with everything else.
