About this chalet rental

It is rented for days (min. 2) or for weeks renovated villa of two independent floors located in a very quiet urbanization and a few minutes from the town center and beach. The upper floor has two bedrooms, a dressing room in the master bedroom, a bathroom, an open kitchen in a large dining room, and a terrace with wonderful sea views. On the lower floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom, and another with two single beds. a second bathroom, living room, open kitchen and two terraces that overlook the pool. The villa is situated on a plot of 800m2 fully fenced with private swimming pool with roman steps 8x4, indoor grill, outdoor shower, hammocks in the garden, parking within the plot for 4-5 cars. The beach, the promenade of the Levante and supermarkets find approx 1.5 km and the town. It has WIFI connection included in the price and satellite TV for foreign channels.

This house was without a doubt one of the best houses I have rented. Its probably the fifth house that i rent and everything was outstanding. Communication with the owner (and his left hand) was good, the facilities were good, the pool was great (cleaned twice over the week we were there) and allover just a really good experiance.

Hi Luis, just to say thanks for this villa is every thing we hoped it would be it is picture perfect the pool and various places to sit and enjoy the sun were so peaceful and quite every thing we needed was at hand pub just over the road if you need a drink and something to eat, villa its self was just what we needed for a relaxing week so once again thanks Luis we would recomend this villa to our friends and everyone. Many thanks Bobbie, Derek, Eileen and Stan.
