Casa Hella

It was absolutely stunning. Breathtaking. So much more than what was expected. It was unbelievably spotless and had everything we could possibly need . We will definitely be coming back . Thankyou to everybody who has responsibly for this villa . It was perfect in every way .

Great property with the opportunity for a large group to be in separate spaces as well as together to socialise. The spaces had character and were fairly well set up with plenty of parking within the property and great views over Calpe (including the Penon). Staff were quick to respond to issues (we had two, the gas ran out and the door to the main part of the accommodation was extremely problematic).

While the property was generally clean, the floor was extremely dirty. Because the floor was also damp (probably condensation), we had to wear shoes constantly, even going from the bed to the bathroom, or our feet/socks would get literally caked in dirt. We had a lot of issues with the door to the main building, leaving us either locked in or locked out. It would have been nice to have an oven in the main kitchen; however, there was one in the terrace kitchen. There was some confusion about the blinds in the room above the terrace kitchen; perhaps some instructions would be useful (they appeared to open automatically at sunrise, according to the person staying there). All that said, it was in the perfect location for us, and there was a lot to love with only a few changes needed to make this a wonderful stay. We were advised that we should have highlighted the dirty floors while we were there; however, the sad purpose of our visit meant that we needed time as a family to be alone. The company that managed the property were very responsive and helpful, I'm sure this will be resolved, and therefore the dirty floors are unlikely to be a problem in future. I would stay again, if relevant.
