In the middle of Tuscany between Pisa, Florence, Siena and the sea, is situated this charming vacation villa with private garden, swimming pool and a gorgeous view over the hills.
The holiday home Villa Campo is part of a big, fenced property with view over the roofs of the village and the Tuscan landscape.
The vacation villa offers a beautiful garden, with shady places under the old fruit-trees,the veranda with dining table and chairs, swimming pool (4x9 m and shared with an attached vacation house ) with sunterrace, beachchairs and outside shower as well as a fantastic panorama over the Tuscan hills. The property is entirely fenced and protected by an iron gate. In July and August a private pool is at your disposal
the vacation Villa is composed by 4 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets on 3 levels.
in the groundfloor there is the living room, a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with a bunkbed and a single bed for children, a big bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
From the kitchen some stairs lead to the lower groundlevel, to wich you acceed also from the street. There is a big open space with tatamis wich can be used as living room, for group activities, Yoga or for the children to play or sleep in. It has beautiful arches a toilet and a beatiful loft , it gives access to a double bedroom with bathroom (shower, toilet and bidet).
The picturesque, a little bit sleepy village of Rivalto with bar and grocer's shop lies at 500-m height and is surrounded by forests, vineyards and olive groves.there are numerous beautiful footpaths arround for your daily walks.

Wir waren für eine Woche dort, was leider etwas kurz ist, wenn man gerne mal ans Meer oder weiter weg fahren möchte. Zudem ist das Objekt nicht behinderten gerecht, da auch zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer bzw. Nach draußen immer mindestens eine bis zwei Stufen sind. Ansonsten war aber alles top und die Besitzer sehr bemüht uns bei Fragen zur Seite zu stehen! So haben wir beispielsweise auf Frage extra noch einen Grill erhalten.
Die Zimmer waren sauber und soweit mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet.
Alles in allem wirklich sehr schön und empfehlenswert für die ganze Familie!

The house is very spacious Just like the garden. We had to share the pool which we didn't know but that turbed out okay. The cutlery and crockery weren 't very clean maybe because the dishwasher didn't work properly. The host / property manager on the other hand was great and helpen us a lot with everything. We had a wonderfull week!

Erg mooi verblijf in al zijn facetten.
Schitterend uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad, prachtig verblijf ook met kinderen(16,13,12en 11jaar). Een zeer behulpzame familie (Andrea, Corinna, Jakob). In de omgeving is veel te doen, door de mooie omgeving is een reistijd van 50 min bijvoorbeeld naar het strand absoluut geen probleem.
In het dorpje zelf kun je heerlijk eten en in omliggende dorpjes zijn er ook genoeg mogelijkheden. Wij komen er graag nog een keer terug.

The old stone house wich is restored wih care by Andrea who was born in this lovely and peaceful village offers much space, nice details, a big meditaiton or yoga room and a gorgeous view over the rolling green hills of Tuscany. The Owner Andrea is very welcoming and takes care of everything. We had anice german family as neighbours and ahared some conversations and glasses of wine. There are lots of restaurants around and a week was not enough . We will surely come back again
