Navarre Beach, FL. Brand new construction! Step into Luxury! Direct Gulf Front with incredible views & private in deck pool. Positioned and designed with privacy in mind. 4 Gulf facing bedrooms, 2 on main level and 2 on upper level (all king beds) with adjoining bathrooms & separate vanities in each bedroom with wall mounted hair dryers. An additional half bath is located in the hallway. There is a sofa sleeper in living area. Upper floor has a trundle day bed/sitting area and a small balcony facing the Santa Rosa Sound. Sleeps 16. All quality mattress sets with different levels of comfort (firm & plush). Enjoy amazing Gulf views from the large outdoor deck and swimming pool. Kitchen is equipped with a range & microwave, plus a cook top, 2 sinks & large capacity refrigerator plus an additional beverage cooler. There is a cargo lift for extra convenience to avoid carrying luggage, groceries, etc. to and from the main living area. 1st living floor is high above the dune to afford breathtaking views of the gulf and the sound.

This beach house is perfection!
We had a wonderful time. The stretch of beach in front of the house is nearly private and it was easy to social distance.
The deck pool is an added perk for enjoying the outdoors and water play privately.
The views from the deck and from inside the house are stunning. It is paradise.
The owner is very attentive from the time you book to the time you are settled. We hope to be back and enjoy with others.

This home is the whole package. Beautiful, large & spacious home, plenty of room for our two families plus a toddler. The kitchen is nicely equipped & plenty of silverware. The pool was an added bonus when you get tired of the sand & salt. There is a door safety alarm, although our toddler is too small to open doors, a nice feature for those visiting with children. View from this home is spectacular! Right on the beach with your own private boardwalk! Outdoor shower and covered area/garage to store your beach chairs, umbrellas, toys & such. Generous driveway for several vehicles also. Homeowner was kind & easy to work with. Overall we immensely enjoyed our stay at Navarre Beach in this first rate home!

The pictures do no do this place justice. It was absolutely amazing for our big family (ages ranging from 1-65)! Mark was so helpful throughout the entire booking process and the whole stay. This was our first time in Navarre and we all enjoyed it very much.
