On the ground level, enjoy all the amenities including keyless entry, covered parking, an EV charging station, beach gear, a commercial ice machine/fridge perfect for filling coolers, and an open-air game area with ping-pong and cornhole. This level also offers a cozy fire-pit seating area, an outdoor shower, and elevator access to both upper floors. (optional 8-person electric golf cart rental available to hit the beach/town even faster.)
The main floor is thoughtfully designed and perfectly executed for seamless living and effortless memories.
