Two rooms in a cottage, in a residential complex at 250 mt from the beach and 8 kilometers from Cefalu.
We are in a beautiful and elegant residential complex surrounded by greenery and a few meters from the beach easily accessible on foot, even with very young children. Two rooms in a cottage, in a residential complex at 250 mt from the beach and 8 kilometers from Cefalu.
The attic apartment furnished and equipped, and 'consists of:
-living Room-kitchen veranda of 15 square meters, with a sofa bed 2
places and blackout curtains on all windows;
-Wide Room with double bed, single sofa bed and single bed in the loft, equipped with all the comforts of about 25 square meters;
-spacious Shower room of about 5 sqm.
Beds: 1 Double bed (can be used as either a double bed oppute 2 single beds), 1 single loft bed, 1 Single sofa bed easy to open, 1 double sofa bed easy to open
The apartment is equipped with all the comforts included in the price Air conditioning TV, WI-FI, Washing machine, Refrigerator, Kitchen equipped with oven, Toaster, Drying Rack, Ironing Board, Hairdryer.
On request included in the price: cot, stroller, Sediolone and possibility of providing bike adult and a child if available and requested in advance.

Bed linen and towels included
Private and fenced parking space (included in the price). For each guest is given the key and the remote control of the electric gate to ensure the absolute independence.

Der Aufenthalt war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Der Vermieter war jeden Tag vor Ort, so dass immer eine Ansprechsperson da war. Den Garten hätten wir uns ein bisschen privater vorgestellt. Aber dieser gehört dem Vermieter, so wollten wir uns nicht dort aufhalten. Die Einrichtung war super.

Really nice and cozy appartment on a very clean and beautiful compound just 5 minutes walk away from the beach. Appartement has everything you need. Well equipt.

Tout est conforme à la Description. Très propre et très fonctionnel. Petit Jardin Personnel bien entretenu pour prendre le petit déjeuner et le diner. Climatisation très fonctionnelle.
Attention à la tète, quand vous vous levez la nuit du lit
Giuseppe et sa famille sont très accueillant et nous ont aider pour la recherche de Parking et d'autres services. La résidence est tres propre, et sans bruit. L'accès a la plage est très rapide mais les chemins ne sont pas très propres comme la Sicile en Général .La plage est correcte. peu d'animation autour.
Parfait pour Couple avec enfant en bas âge ou sans enfants
