About this apartment rental

This condo has amazing views of entire beach and the Gulf of America. As you walk out to your balcony you are greeted by the beauty of Marco Islands beaches. The condo is directly on the beach, and you are literally minutes from your toes in the sand. The unit has tile throughout the unit. There is a king size bed in the master and twins in the guest bedroom. There is sleeper sofa in living room and sleeps a total of 6 people. Washer/dryer are in the unit. Seawinds also has its own pool and hot tub. There are two Tennis courts on the property. The Seawinds condominium is located on Collier Blvd. which is Marco's main road. You are minutes away from shopping and many great restaurants.
Seawinds has a $50 registration fee includes 1 vehicle parking pass. Only 1 vehicle is allowed to be parked overnight. During July & August 2026. The complex is remodeling their lobby area.

Beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. The pool was clean, great temperature and rarely crowded. Walking distance to a good restaurant next door and several more about 1/2 mile away. The beach was amazing (groomed frequently!) and a lot of shells. Ellen, the host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely return here.
