Dreaming of a paradise beach front vacation? We welcome you to Sea Winds
on the amazing Marco Island where living is easy and summertime is year
round! Come stay in our newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo. Our
smoke-free unit is located directly on the beach with full western exposure
providing plenty of afternoon sun on the private, spacious balcony. A patio
dining table and chaise lounge chairs add extra comfort for the ultimate
outdoor living experience.
Did I mention you can see for miles down the beach and into the Gulf of
Mexico? Panoramic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico are breathtaking
from this unit. Picturesque sunsets, parasailers, boats, dolphins, and even
manatees can be seen from our 5th floor location. It’s perfectly situated close
enough to hear the amazing sounds of the surf with your morning coffee or
during dinner.
Being on the south side you also have views overlooking the pool area.
The large community heated swimming pool has a spacious surrounding deck
area with plenty of chaise loungers, tables, and chairs. Other amenities
include a heated spa, cabana room, and two tennis courts/pickleball courts.
Ample parking is available.
The Master Suite has comfort in mind, including a KING size SLEEP
NUMBER bed with a plush comfort layer to provide you with a restful sleep
experience. Great for individuals with back problems or for those just seeking
a great night’s rest! Plus, you can enjoy watching your favorite shows in bed
from a flat screen TV.
The guest bedroom has three beds, including a twin over queen bunkbed with
a trundle bed underneath. The twin bed is easily accessible by way of stairs
and includes guardrails on both sides for safety.
The kitchen area was completely renovated in 2024 with quartz counter tops
and all new appliances, including an electric cooktop and oven, refrigerator
with icemaker, built in microwave, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is also fully
equipped to prepare all your meals.
The unit has an outside closet near the elevator with beach chairs, an
umbrella, 10x10 beach canopies, a beach table, coolers, and various beach
toys. Plus, there is a buggy to transport it all for lounging all day on the beach.
Additionally, the unit has tennis racquets and pickleball racquets available for
guest use, as well as yoga mats for yoga on the beach.
The owners use the condo frequently, so they and the rental agents regularly
ensure that all necessary maintenance is done as needed. Household items
are refreshed or replaced routinely.
A new leather sectional was purchased in 2024 for the living room, including a
queen size sleeper sofa to give guests adequate room to spread out. Flat
screen TVs are located in the living room, the master suite and the guest
bedroom.

Complimentary WiFi internet.
Plenty of beach activities await you. A short walk to the area resorts allows
you to make arrangements for jet skiing, parasailing, sailing, charter fishing, or
daytrips for shelling and dolphin watching. You can also rent a boat from one
of the local marinas. The Sunset Grille Restaurant and Sports Bar is right next
door, and it is an easy walk to shopping, dining, and the Marco Island movie
theater.
If your sport is golf, there are championship public courses within 10 miles. A
variety of beach shops, fine and casual dining, racquet ball courts, day spas
and fitness centers are located on Marco Island. Frank Mackle Park, only a
few miles away, has basketball courts, a playground and toddler water park
area. Other parks include YMCA Skate Park and Caxambas Park.
Local areas nature centers include Everglades National Park, Briggs Nature
Center, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, Rookery Bay Reserve and Cocohatchee
Nature Center. The Naples Zoo is located in the center of Naples, just a short

Perfect location. We had looked at some places that were cheaper and closer to Tigertail beach but after actually going there I am so happy we spent a little bit more to be closer to the actual beach because it would have been a long hike. Pictures can be deceiving. We did go for a walk on Tigertail and it had exact same shells as where we stayed. The beach accessories were a huge bonus! We used the tent,chairs and floating loungers every day. The wagon really made it easy. Inside it was super clean and honestly looked exactly like the pictures. We didn’t care for the sleep number bed in master bedroom, but that’s just preference. I really liked that they allow for some items from previous guests to stay in kitchen like a few spices, aluminum foil and more. Nothing expired and all very nice and neat. There were plenty of extra towels, beach towels, extra blankets. The AC was very cold even on heat advisory days. The staff at condo as well as management company all nice. I worked closely with gulfshore management on a few issues and they were VERY good at follow up and communication. Keys were a big issue but they are working to get locks changed. The keys wouldn’t work in the door so much that we had to leave door unlocked the whole week or we were afraid we would be locked out. This was def scary every time we left but luckily nothing was stolen and we didn’t come back to strangers sleeping on the couch enjoying our air conditioning and AMAZING view haha.

Beautiful condo with a great view. The sunsets were amazing. The condo was updated, loved the bathrooms, kitchen had everything you need. The beach was absolutely amazing. The pool was very nice, lots of chairs. Would highly recommend it! Please note you will need to bring or purchase, trash bags, dish soap & toilet paper.

We loved the condo. The view of the ocean was amazing! Condo was clean and had plenty of sheets and towels. Had lots of beach chairs and a couple canopies that we appreciated too! The condo had plenty of space for my family of 6. Pool was great and not crowded at all! I will give them a 5 star but I do think they need to give you more than 2 keys. You have to have a key for every entrance door and gate which included a gate to get onto the beach and to get back thru the gate to the condo. It did make us feel safe knowing only guests could get in but we still needed at least 4 keys. Also there are no locks on the bathroom or bedroom doors which needs to be fixed. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans since we do cook some while vacationing. We were happy that the ice maker worked great. I would definitely book this condo again. Ellen was great to work with and also replied fast when I messaged her.

The location is very good, but rental need better setting, newer furniture, to change the cleaning service, and maybe ready for serious rehab to match the enviroment...
