Building construction Starts (July 30–Oct). No work on my balcony, but expect some building noise." Warm Florida sunshine and a dazzling view... beautiful Marco Island at its best. This two bedroom beachfront condo is all about luxury and convenience. The unit has been remodeled including granite counter tops and 2 full bathrooms.
Beach equipment provided - cart, umbrella, chairs, cooler, shovel, etc.
Watch the dolphins go by .Both the master bedroom and the living area have access to the 22 foot balcony with the million dollar panoramic view of the ocean. All beach photos are taken from the balcony
The complex features swimming pool, tennis courts, sauna, . Nearby, enjoy fine restaurants, unique shops and nightly entertainment!
Amenities: Full kitchen... dishes/utensils/cookware dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and cart.Washer and dryer, linens and towels, cable TV, balcony, pool, tennis courts, Angler s, take out a charter... these waters are legendary for highly-charged sport fishing. Condo smelled very stale and moldy on arrival. Took some time to air out. Master bed sheets and mattress protector had stains on them which came out after washing which leads us to believe they had not been washed before. Sofa bed sheet had granola crumbs when we opened it up… once again, needing washing. Pillow in second bedroom was in bad shape, well past usable life. This was our 4th stay at this complex, but the least satisfactory condo of the four that we stayed in. This unit just needed some quality control.
