- l’emplacement proche du port - la propreté - les repas du restaurant
- la vétusté du mobilier - le bruit des voitures au cours de la nuit (gros problème d’insonorité) - absence d’ascenseur - le petit déjeuner - la vue sur mer qui donne plutôt sur un dépôt de carburant
